We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join Encloudment OPC, sales team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services to new and existing customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services, features, and benefits.
  • Identify and prospect new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, effectively communicating the value proposition and addressing customer needs.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Continuously update and maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to help shape product development and sales strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment, embracing challenges and driving for success.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Intermediate degree is required and preferred.
