Job Description

Qualification & Experience :

1. Diploma or degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred) with having proven experience in professional photography, especially in events and portraits.

Key Responsibilities

1. Capture high-quality images for events, academic activities, and official functions.
2. Take professional portraits of faculty, staff, and students.
3. Provide event coverage for graduations, conferences, and cultural programs.
4. Create visual content for marketing, branding, and social media.
5. Edit and enhance images, maintaining a digital archive.
6. Coordinate with departments for photography needs.
7. Manage and maintain photography equipment.
8. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

1. Proficiency in DSLR/mirrorless cameras, composition, lighting, and photo editing software (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).
2. Creativity, attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to meet deadlines.

Terms & Conditions

1. Candidates are required to attach scanned copies of their documents (Academics / Professional).
2. Last education certificate/degree must be attested/verified by HEC.
3. Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:
4. Weak academic profile / 3rd division in terminal degree (last degree).
5. NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
6. In process of pursuing a required degree.
7. Medically unfit.
8. Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
9. Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed forces may apply through their respective parent department / organizations. Late / incomplete applications will be ignored. Only short-listed candidates will be considered / called for test / interview and no TA / DA will be admissible.
