Your mission: deconstruct established B2B products and rebuild them as optimized, cloud-native applications with AI enhancement at every layer. You'll deploy AI-powered features, implement cutting-edge retrieval-augmented generation for automated defect detection, and maintain flawless release cycles. We don't tolerate outages, disruptions, or excuses—only excellence.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Harness advanced analysis tools and RAG vector stores to systematically identify, diagnose, and eliminate product defects with unprecedented efficiency
  • Deploy AI development agents to architect and implement innovative features that transform cloud-native application capabilities
  • Execute with a distributed global team to deliver enterprise-grade solutions that meet exacting quality standards

C# Software Developer key responsibilities

Basic Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional experience developing production-grade server-side web applications with demonstrable commercial impact
  • Proven experience leveraging GenAI code assistants (Github Copilot, Cursor, v0.dev) in professional development workflows
  • Commitment to integrating GenAI tools into your daily development process to maximize efficiency and output quality

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
