Job Description

Our Client is looking for experienced and well-connected Introducing Brokers (IBs) to join our dynamic global team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in forex or financial markets, a proven network of clients or partners, and the ability to drive consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Introduce new clients and drive business volume.

• Maintain strong relationships with referred clients and provide ongoing support.

• Promote our products, services, and trading platforms effectively.

• Monitor client activity and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

• Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.

• Achieve monthly business targets and KPIs set by the company.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Introducing Broker, Business Development Manager, or similar role in the Forex / CFD / financial services industry.

• Strong network of traders, partners, or affiliates.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-driven with the ability to work independently.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in relevant markets is a plus.
