Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented .NET Developer to join our in-office development team. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise-level applications using .NET technologies. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core, and is confident in both back-end logic and front-end integration, while keeping up with modern development trends and DevOps practices.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Understanding project requirements: Analyze and interpret technical specifications and business goals to create effective solutions.
  • Developing software applications: Design and develop robust applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, LINQ, ASMX, IIS, Entity Framework, Hangfire Services, and design patterns.
  • Debugging and testing: Conduct thorough debugging and unit/integration testing to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborating with the team: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, PMs, and other developers to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
  • Maintaining and updating applications: Refactor, maintain, and enhance existing systems to align with evolving business needs.
  • Staying current: Continuously update skills with new tools, frameworks, and industry trends related to .NET development.
  • Technical support: Provide assistance in troubleshooting production issues and offer guidance to end-users or implementation teams when needed.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for code, architecture, and deployment processes.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in C# and deep understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
  • Experience working with .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, LINQ, and RESTful APIs.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server / MSSQL and designing normalized relational databases.
  • Ability to write clean, efficient, maintainable code with emphasis on performance and scalability.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Experience using GIT for version control and Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline implementation.
  • Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes for containerization is a plus.
  • Strong grasp of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently, self-manage tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Experience with design patterns and ability to explain real-world use cases.
  • Prior exposure to DevOps concepts and modern software delivery workflows.
