We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies, managing digital campaigns, analyzing performance data, and working closely with performance marketing, creative, and content teams. Your primary goal will be to drive online traffic, improve website rankings, and maximize conversions for our clients. You will collaborate across departments to strengthen the online presence and deliver an outstanding user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective SEO strategies aligned with client goals.
  2. Manage and optimize SEO and digital marketing campaigns to drive qualified traffic.
  3. Conduct detailed keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page optimization.
  4. Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  5. Coordinate with content, creative, and performance marketing teams to enhance SEO and conversion strategies.
  6. Monitor, report, and provide insights on SEO performance, rankings, and site analytics.
  7. Stay updated with the latest SEO, SEM, and digital marketing trends and algorithm updates.
  8. Support broader digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing and social media optimization when needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategy.
  2. Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and editing for SEO.
  3. Proficient with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, CRM software, and marketing automation tools.
  4. Strong understanding of SEO best practices, technical SEO, link-building strategies, and local SEO.
  5. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and independently when required.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
