Job Description:

Sumato Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-orientedTrainee Project Coordinatorto join our team. If you have a passion for project management, excellent organizational skills, and a desire to grow your career in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating project tasks, schedules and deliverables.
  • Support the project team in developing project plans and tracking progress.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely communication and updates.
  • Maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and schedules.
  • Identify and report potential project risks and issues to the supervisor.
  • Learn and utilize project management tools and methodologies.
  • Attend project meetings and assist in follow-up on action items.

Requirements:

  • Fresher to 6 months of relevant experience, ideally in a project management role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to take initiative.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Jira, Trello, and Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a reliable team player.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and current trends.
