Production Manager

- Plan and control production activities according to jobs.
- Coordinate with the sales department to ensure production meets required parameters and specifications, delivering quality according to client requirements.
- Address production problems by taking appropriate actions or referring to the Managing Director with recommendations.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower through tactful management.
- Maintain discipline and harmonious relations within the department.
- Maintain and improve quantity and quality without compromising standards.
- Organize the department for economical production.
- Plan, maintain, and procure optimal stock levels in collaboration with the purchases, quality, and stores departments.
- Set production priorities for engraving jobs.
- Provide technical assistance to employees as needed.
- Plan requirements for production, electrical spares, equipment, and tools in advance.
- Maintain close liaison with Electrical, Mechanical, and Purchase departments.
- Implement safety measures for employees in the department.
- Maintain optimum spare parts inventory in coordination with the Purchase and Store departments.
- Ensure effective administrative control over all production activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
- Implement and maintain the Quality Management System effectively in the production department.
- Generate monthly production reports and compile an annual production report.
- Handle hiring and termination of employees within the engraving department.
