Job Description:

GT Motors is looking to urgently hire a Receptionist for our KIA and Honri showroom in Tarnol. We're seeking a professional and welcoming individual who will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing front desk operations, guiding customers, and supporting basic showroom inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:


• Greet and attend to walk-in customers with a professional and friendly attitude


• Guide customers to the relevant departments (Sales, Service, Admin)


• Provide basic information about KIA and Honri vehicles on display


• Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately


• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area


• Maintain visitor logs and basic records


• Assist with scheduling, filing, and general front desk administrative tasks


• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service

Requirements:


• 1–2 years of experience in a similar receptionist or front desk role (automotive experience is a plus)


• Strong communication skills in Urdu; basic English proficiency


• Pleasant personality and professional grooming


• Confident and courteous demeanor with strong interpersonal skills


• Basic understanding or interest in cars is an advantage


• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
