Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Location: DHA Phase 1, Lahore

Job Summary:

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, ensuring the availability of vehicles for bookings, and maintaining accurate records. Your role will involve coordinating with suppliers, handling last-minute changes, and ensuring the seamless execution of services. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, resolve operational issues, and collaborate with various teams will be key to the success of the logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supplier Management: Maintain and update a comprehensive database of suppliers and their offerings, ensuring availability and accuracy of information.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of services, addressing any operational issues that may arise.
  • Operational Execution: Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services, addressing real-time issues promptly.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle last-minute changes and operational challenges effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to service delivery.
  • Documentation & Records: Ensure that all logistics-related documentation and records are accurate and up to date.
  • SOP Adherence: Strictly follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for logistics management.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
