1. Transaction Structuring & Due Diligence

• Conduct thorough due diligence of transactions and identify associated key risks.
• Review business models, financial projections, and conduct relevant research and industry/sector analysis.
• Negotiate and structure facility terms.
• Review Term Sheets, Engagement Letters, Mandate Letters, and other documents prepared by Transaction Managers and Associates.

2. Transaction Execution, Distribution & Monitoring

• Review credit proposals, pitch books, teasers, and information memorandums prepared by Transaction Managers and Associates. Coordinate with relevant internal partners (Shariah, Risk, Legal) for approvals.
• Interact and coordinate with other banks and financial institutions for approvals and handle their queries and observations.
• Visit clients, other banks, and Legal Counsel for meetings, presentations, pitches, and discussions.
• Supervise the review of transaction documents to ensure compliance with approved commercial and Shariah terms.
• Oversee the transaction approval, CP compliance, and disbursement process end-to-end in coordination with business partners.

3. Audit & Compliance (Shariah & Regulatory)

• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, SBP guidelines, Prudential Regulations, and Bank policies/manuals relating to Compliance, Audit, and Shariah.
• Monitor and ensure prompt rectification of audit objections.
• Ensure Shariah compliance by adhering to approved process flows and guidelines.
• Ensure timely submission of MIS and regulatory reports.
• Supervise the maintenance of records and files for compliance and audit purposes.
