
Tele Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Night Shift Tele Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for generating sales by engaging with potential customers over the phone during the night shift. Your primary goal will be to promote our products or services, build strong relationships with customers, and close sales deals. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers during the night shift to introduce our products or services.
Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and identify opportunities to offer suitable solutions.
Provide detailed product information, answer inquiries, and address customer concerns effectively.
Deliver persuasive sales pitches to generate interest and drive sales conversions.
Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales deals.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to share feedback, best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a target-driven environment.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and exceed expectations.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
Flexible to work night shifts and weekends as required.
As far as academics are concerned , " The person should know how to read and write. A bachelor's degree is a plus.
