Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medicare Verifiers and Self Closers located in Commerical Market Rawalpindi. The candidate will be responsible for verifying and doing compliance of outbound calls to potential customers to close and generate sales leads. Day-to-day tasks include contacting prospective clients, providing information about products or services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining customer information in the database. The role requires excellent communication and sales techniques to effectively engage customers and handle any inquiries or objections they may have.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written

Experience of atleast 6 months in a call center/BPO Medicare campagain or similar sales environment is a plus

Minimum Matric or equivalent; a college degree is advantageous

Night Shift Availibility

  • Customer Service experience and skills
  • Skills in Sales and ability to close deals effectively
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build rapport with customers

  • Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and managing calendar entries
