As Assistant Manager RCM of Citadel Healthcare Management, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Supervising staff, assisting with training, scheduling, resolving issues, and potentially filling in for the manager's absence
- Overseeing daily operations of revenue cycle management services, including medical coding, charge entry, claims submissions, payment posting, follow-up, and reimbursement management
- Supporting the Manager in leading a team of revenue cycle management associates and Team Leads
- Communicating regularly with healthcare providers to ensure smooth operations and resolve billing-related issues
- Acting as a liaison with managers and administrators of assigned client components on day-to-day operations
- Ensuring RCM operations comply with federal laws and departmental protocols
- Developing and implementing operating policies and procedures in line with regulations
- Supervising personnel, including work allocation, attendance, and problem resolution
- Evaluating performance and making recommendations for personnel actions
- Motivating employees to achieve peak productivity and performance
- Reviewing operational data to assess the need for procedural revisions and enhancements
- Participating in designing and implementing systems to enhance revenue and operational efficiency
- Providing training for staff on policies, systems, procedures, and standards
- Performing miscellaneous duties as assigned and reporting to the Manager
