We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Sales Executive to manage customer relationships, support sales processes, and contribute to the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience and a strong ability to build rapport with clients while meeting company sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through inbound/outbound leads.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, finance, product) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and reporting using CRM tools.
  • Address client queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
