Overview:

We are looking for Experienced and Fresh"Sales Executives"to generate leads and close sales for our USA-based design agency. The role revolves around client outreach via Twitch, Discord, and Twitter, specifically in the gaming and streaming community. If you're social, know the gaming space, and can turn casual chats into paid design projects this job is for you

NOTE:The minimum qualification required isIntermediate or above. Matric students or those awaiting results are not eligible for this role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with gamers and streamers during Twitch live streams
  • Build relationships organically and bring potentials leads to our Discord server
  • Understand the client's needs and pitch relevant services
  • Close sales with upfront payments and communicate project requirements
  • Follow up with the design team for delivery & revisions
  • Update client tracking sheet on a monthly basis
  • Actively generate leads via Twitter through engagement and outreach

Requirements:

  • Freshor1–2 yearsof design sales or outreach experience (Traning Will be provided).
  • Experienced inOnline Salesor International Client Handling
  • Intermediate / (O-Levels / A-Levels) or higher
  • Must be fluent in English (written + spoken)
  • Experienced with Twitch, Discord & Twitter usage
  • Strong communication & relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and confident
  • Interested for design sales and/or gaming is a big plus

  • Strong understanding of twitch & discord cultures, community norms.
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of design tools & trends (basic level).
  • Confidence to initiate conversations with strangers.
  • Ability to close sales deals with professionalism.
  • Self-discipline and accountability for daily targets.
  • Understanding of basic design services (can be trained).
  • Fixed Salary: PKR 10k - 30k (Depending on Experience)
  • Sales-based commission: Earn up to PKR 70,000/month
  • Supportive & friendly team environment
  • Direct exposure to international clients (USA)
  • Training & growth opportunities
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Timing: 9PM – 5 AM
  • Salary + Commission: Earn up to PKR 70,000/month
