Momin Solutions is looking for a talented Business Development Manager to undertake sales and marketing projects for the benefit of our company.

Required Skills:

  1. You will be responsible for increasing company revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities as well as expanding brand presence.
  2. Capable of making month-wise comprehensive marketing strategies.
  3. Developing long-term business growth strategies.
  4. Should be able to lead cross-functional teams, manage existing partnerships, and evaluate company business goals.
  5. Good command on lead generation tools and techniques like digital marketing, social media and LinkedIn etc.
  6. Sourcing new sales opportunities by following up on all leads and outbound cold calls and emails.
  7. Engaging with customers to understand their requirements.
  8. Understand the different segments within the field of IT and match the requirements of the customer & map it to the services of the organization or to the expertise and skills within the organization.
  9. Daily CRM updates - Lead sales discussions and follow-up on sales activities with teammates.
  10. Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, and discovering and exploring opportunities.
  11. Candidates have to develop their own leads besides working on the leads provided by the lead generator.
  12. Must have strong in-bound and out-bound marketing skills.
Job Specification
  1. Relevant experience in Corporate IT Sales, primarily in the US/UK/Europe Markets.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  3. Strong listening and presentation skills.
