We are looking for a motivated website developer and SEO Expert to rank our current website and a future website on search engines. The ideal candidate should have the following qualities and abilities:

  1. Developing, updating, and optimizing SEO.
  2. On-page and Off-page optimization.
  3. Develop and deliver comprehensive page-level and site-wide SEO recommendations.
  4. Web analysis using a variety of analytic tools including Google Analytics.
  5. Regularly monitor searcher and customer behavior and make recommendations to improve search functionality and navigation.
  6. Conceptualize and execute link building campaigns.
  7. Implement and administer search engine programs e.g., using XML sitemaps, webmaster tools, etc.
  8. Starting a link-building campaign and generating a sufficient number of backlinks.
  9. Define requirements, tasks, and resources associated with SEO strategy.
  10. Manage and execute implementation of SEO strategy.
  11. Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages.
  12. Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels to improve rankings.

Job Specification

  1. Candidate must have 1-2 years' experience as a lead in SEO projects.
  2. Experience with Web Analytics, SEO, and Optimization platforms.
  3. Hands-on experience in ranking keywords and bringing real leads using search engines.
  4. Preferred to have proven experience in developing sophisticated and successful SEO plans and strategies.
  5. The skill to increase website organic traffic.
  6. Implementation of SEO at Search Engines through Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Page Rank, Sitemap Submission, Google Webmaster Tools, etc.
  7. Experience working with popular keyword tools like keyword planner, keyword discovery, etc.
  8. PPC Advertising.
  9. Link Building (Back Linking) that positively affects SERPs.
  10. Must have exceptional ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems.
  11. Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
  12. High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
  13. Excellent analytical, organizational, project, and time management skills.
