Company Overview

Known for its premium coffee experience and customer-first philosophy, the brand is now seeking a dynamic and capable General Manager to oversee daily operations and lead the team toward continued excellence.

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven General Manager to take charge of our café's overall operations. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for creating seamless customer experiences. You will manage a multi-functional team and be responsible for financial oversight, staff performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the café.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring efficiency across kitchen, service, HR, inventory, and security functions

- Manage financial reporting, including purchase and sales figures, in coordination with the outsourced accounting team

- Monitor and supervise inventory levels, procurement activities, and ensure accurate stock records

- Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for team members including shift managers, chefs, baristas, and service staff

- Ensure high standards of customer service, address complaints or concerns promptly, and maintain a welcoming environment

- Collaborate with shift managers to ensure optimal staff deployment and shift performance

- Maintain all records and ensure timely completion of financial, inventory, and staff performance reports

Requirements
- Proven experience in managing operations within the hospitality or café industry

- Strong understanding of financial management, bookkeeping, and inventory control

- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

- Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle issues calmly and efficiently

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a leadership role at a high-volume café or restaurant

- Ability to manage diverse teams and foster a collaborative work environment

- Attention to detail and a strategic mindset
