Role Description

As a Arabic Content Writer , will be responsible for executing a dynamic social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and community growth across key platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and community management.

Will collaborate to ensure alignment with the brand's overall digital strategy. From developing engaging bilingual content(Arabic & English)to managing influencer collaborations and performance tracking, you will play a crucial role in strengthening the brand's digital presence.

Job responsibilities

• Develop and publish creative, engaging, and on-brand social media content in Arabic and English across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with team to align with and implement the brand's social media strategy to drive growth and engagement.
• Plan and schedule content using social media tools like Meta business suite, TikTok business suite or Youtube studio.
• Develop and grow the Instagram broadcast channel to create a strong community.

Community Management

• Actively engage with and respond to the online community across all platforms daily to foster brand loyalty and enhance engagement.
• Ensure timely responses to comments and messages.
• Work closely with creative creators to develop and execute content plans, including UGC creators.
• Coordinate social media giftings for competitions, campaigns, and special occasions.
• Create local content using in-house studio and resources.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor and analyze social media KPIs, providing weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights to improve performance.
• Conduct competitor analysis and incorporate learnings into social strategies.

Customer & Internal Support

• Manage customer care emails on a weekly basis.
• Create and localize social media posts for e-tailers and support ad hoc translation requests.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry.
• Bilingual PROFESSIONAL fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., HootSuite, Emplifi, Meta business suite).
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube trends.
• Excellent content writing skills with the ability to craft on-brand, engaging captions.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking and performance reporting.
• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to idea generation and campaign execution.
• Experience with customer care and community management is a plus.
