We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Product Listing Expert to join our team and take full ownership of our product listings on Etsy, eBay, and Amazon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing product listings to drive visibility, engagement, and sales. If you have a strong background in eCommerce platforms and know how to turn a product into a top-seller through effective SEO, keywords, and content strategy — we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

• Create high-converting product listings on Etsy, eBay, and Amazon
• Conduct keyword and market research to optimize product titles, descriptions, and tags
• Write compelling, SEO-optimized product descriptions
• Upload high-quality images and variations
• Monitor and update inventory levels, pricing, and product availability
• Manage product categories, tags, and attributes across platforms
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Stay updated with platform algorithms and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Etsy, eBay, and Amazon stores
• Deep understanding of SEO for each platform
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to write engaging and persuasive product copy
• Familiar with tools like Helium10, Marmalead, or similar (a plus)
• Experience with eCommerce tools and dashboards
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal)

Preferred Skills:

• Graphic design or photo editing skills (for listing images)
• Experience with order management and customer service on marketplaces
• Knowledge of PPC or Ads management on Etsy, Amazon, or eBay
