Role Description

We are hiring 3x on-site full-time E-Commerce Executives at our Multan office. As an E-Commerce Executive, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our online product listings, coordinating marketplace operations, and driving sales growth across our eCommerce brands. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within the fast-paced world of digital commerce.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings across marketplaces and websites.
• Optimize product descriptions, images, and keywords to enhance visibility and conversion.
• Track and analyze sales data to report performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Handle order processing, customer service queries, and issue resolution.
• Support the planning and execution of promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns.
• Stay informed on eCommerce trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Basic knowledge of international online marketplaces
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written

Compensation & Location

• 30,000 PKR/Month (Initial 3 Months of Internship)
• Compensation to be revised after internship
• On-site role located at Nigana Chowk, near Wapda Town, Phase 1, Multan.
