Assistant Professor (Thermal Energy Engineering)

Join to apply for the Assistant Professor (Thermal Energy Engineering) role at National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST).

Qualification: PhD in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Thermal Energy (Energy Audit/Energy Building) or a related field from an HEC-recognized university, with PEC registration. Candidates not currently registered must obtain registration with PEC before joining if selected.

Publications & Experience: Candidates must meet the publication and experience criteria set by HEC for faculty appointments.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Applicants must attach scanned copies of their academic and professional documents.
  • The last education certificate/degree must be attested/verified by HEC.

Ineligibility criteria include:

  • Less than one year of service at NUST and/or lack of NOC from the current employer.
  • In the process of pursuing the required degree.
  • Having a third division in academic record or a weak academic profile.
  • Medically unfit candidates.
  • Late or incomplete applications.
  • Serving government or armed forces personnel must seek NOC before applying.

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for tests/interviews; no TA/DA will be provided. NUST reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process at any time without notice.
