Responsibilities:- Take and process orders from retail and wholesale customers.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and customer details.
- Coordinate with the sales and warehouse team for timely deliveries.
- Assist customers with product information and pricing.
- Handle order-related queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Minimum Matric or Intermediate education.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of order processing and sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
