Job Title: Manager – Operations - Multi Branch

Company: Kettli Cafe

Experience Required: 2–5 years

Salary: PKR 120,000 – 150,000 per month

Kettli Cafe is a culturally inspired, fast-growing F&B brand with multiple branches, known for offering unique culinary experiences. We're seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to oversee the performance and efficiency of all our branches, ensuring consistent quality, streamlined operations, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily operations across all Kettli Cafe branches
  • Ensure consistent service quality, hygiene standards, and customer satisfaction
  • Execute menu engineering strategies to optimize pricing, product performance, and food costs
  • Conduct detailed food costing and yield analysis to improve profitability and minimize waste
  • Manage and monitor PNL performance across all outlets, identifying cost-efficiency opportunities
  • Supervise the supply chain process including vendor relations, inventory control, and procurement
  • Train and guide on-ground teams to ensure adherence to brand and operational standards
  • Analyze key operational metrics and lead process improvements across branches

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in F&B operations, preferably multi-branch management
  • Strong knowledge of PNL management, menu costing, and supply chain operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage operations across multiple locations effectively
