We're Hiring: Strategy and Research Analyst

We're looking for a highly analytical and strategic mind to join our team as a Strategy and Research Analyst.

In this role, you'll support leadership by conducting deep market and industry research, analyzing key data trends, and developing actionable strategies that fuel growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Study industry trends, competitors, emerging technologies, and market dynamics
  2. Analyze macroeconomic, customer, and regulatory factors impacting performance
  3. Data Analysis & Insights: Dive into internal/external datasets to uncover trends
  4. Create dashboards and reports to guide strategic decision-making
  5. Collaborate with leadership on long-term strategy and growth initiatives
  6. Recommend data-backed expansions into new products, services, or markets
  7. Craft compelling reports and executive-level presentations
  8. Partner with teams across product, marketing, sales, and operations
  9. Contribute to business case development and scenario planning
  10. Track competitor moves, partnerships, and innovations
  11. Deliver SWOT analyses and benchmarking reports

Qualifications:

  1. Master's degree in a related field (PhD strongly preferred)
  2. 3+ years in strategy, research, consulting, or business analysis
  3. Strong analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills
  4. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint & tools like Power BI or Tableau
  5. Exceptional communication and executive reporting skills
  6. In-depth understanding of AI market trends is a big plus
