Location: Rawalpindi

Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Compensation: Up to PKR 120,000 Basic + Attractive Bonuses

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced B2B Sales Executives who can communicate with confidence, close deals with expertise, and contribute to the expansion of our real estate network. This is a client-facing, high-impact role where you'll be interacting with Realtors and brokerages across North America, helping them discover and adopt the best lead generation platform in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage with real estate agents and brokerages in the USA and Canada.
  • Schedule and conduct online meetings to pitch our platform.
  • Handle objections, provide tailored solutions, and close clients.
  • Sign clients up through our website and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
  • Build, manage, and retain strong client relationships over time.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing & operations) to improve client experience and product value.
  • Provide feedback from the field to help evolve the platform and pitch strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the BPO/call center industry, OR
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills
  • Excellent objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Proficiency in email communication and professional follow-ups
  • Confidence in live sales presentations and client interactions
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand and pitch services in real-time
  • CRM experience (preferably GHL) is a plus, but not mandatory

  • Have 0 experience in call center/BPO or sales roles
  • Struggle with spoken or written English
  • Lack confidence in client interaction or sales presentation
  • Are not adaptable or unwilling to learn quickly

Compensation & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: Up to PKR 120,000
