Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in Odoo implementation, client management, and user training. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, configuring Odoo applications, and ensuring smooth implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Gather client requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions.
  2. Provide implementation support and ensure a smooth Odoo rollout.
  3. Train end-users on Odoo modules and features.
  4. Manage client relationships and provide ongoing functional support.
  5. Collaborate with technical teams to customize and optimize Odoo workflows.
  6. Troubleshoot functional issues and suggest best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in Odoo functional consulting.
  2. Strong understanding of Odoo apps and features (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
  3. Experience in client management and user training.
  4. Ability to analyze business requirements and provide Odoo-based solutions.
  5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Odoo certification (a plus).
  2. Experience in customizing Odoo workflows.
  3. Familiarity with ERP implementation methodologies.
