We're looking for aJunior Data Engineerwith at least1 year of hands-on experienceto join our remote data team. You'll be responsible for building and maintainingETL pipelines, working withSnowflake, and structuring data usingstar schema design. You'll also get to play a role inweb scraping using Python, and orchestrating workflows usingApache Airflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain scalableETL pipelines.
  • Work withSnowflaketo ingest, transform, and store structured data.
  • Design and implementstar schemafor reporting and analytics.
  • Write Python scripts toscrapedata from web sources.
  • UseApache Airflowfor scheduling and monitoring workflows.
  • Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experiencein a Data Engineering role (must).
  • Proficiency withETL pipeline development.
  • Strong knowledge ofSnowflakeandstar schema modeling.
  • Experience withweb scrapingusingPython.
  • Hands-on experience withApache Airflow.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote team environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for data projects.
  • Exposure to data visualization or BI tools.
