Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Developer/Upwork Lead generation at Swenta Global located in Karachi Division. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to developing business opportunities, generating leads on Upwork platform, and fostering client relationships to drive growth and revenue for the firm.

Qualifications
  • Experience in business development and lead generation
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of accounting and finance industry
  • Proficiency in using Upwork platform
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • Previous experience in accounting firm or financial services is a plus
