Major Duties / Responsibilities:

- Implement and manage sales strategy, based on sales vision for the organization that will contribute to the achievement of the company's business objectives.
- Developing the skills of the Consumer sales team (Telemarketing and direct sales), smoothly managing technological changes, collaboration with company executives and proactively review the outcomes.
- Manage the operating plan for establishing sales traction as per assigned target.
- Coordinating with marketing efforts in the area and getting access to resources in the process.
- Implement the training programs and incentives that will motivate the sales force to do well.
- Abide with the departmental goals and collect fore casted goals for the Consumer sales team.

Job Specification

- Must have minimum of 3 - 5 years sales experience
- Proven success in developing and executing tactical sales plans including quotas and account objectives.
- Strong sales planning and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of sales best practices.
- Effective conflict resolver at senior level.
- Detail oriented and a proven ability to manage to deadlines.
