Job Title: Sr. Investment Advisor - Project Sales

Reports To: Business Center Manager, Project Sales

Role Summary

As a Senior Investment Advisor at IMARAT Group of Companies, you will be a key contributor to the company's growth by driving strategic real estate investments and advising clients on the most suitable property solutions. Success in this role means consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets, building long-term client relationships, and establishing a trusted presence as the face of IMARAT's high-rise projects. This role is crucial in supporting the company's vision of redefining Pakistan's urban landscape through premium developments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IMARAT's real estate projects, investment models, and the broader market landscape.
• Actively identify and engage prospective investors through cold calls, referrals, networking events, and digital platforms.
• Conduct needs assessments and provide personalized investment consultations to clients, emphasizing long-term value and returns.
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the goals and financial profiles of potential investors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business or referrals.
• Maintain accurate client records, update the CRM system regularly, and generate timely sales reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with the marketing and project development teams to stay informed about project updates, launch events, and promotional activities.
• Assist in organizing and conducting site visits, property tours, and investment seminars or webinars.
• Stay updated on economic trends, property laws, taxation policies, and financial instruments relevant to real estate investment in Pakistan and abroad.
• Uphold the company's standards of professionalism, ethical conduct, and customer-centric service.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, investment advisory, or financial consultancy. Experience in off-plan or luxury real estate is highly desirable.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Urdu.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
• Proficiency in sales tools, CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to understand and explain financial models and ROI projections.
• High emotional intelligence and negotiation acumen.
• Certifications (Preferred): Real estate certification, investment advisory licenses, or sales training certifications.

• Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
• Building a robust portfolio of investors with high conversion and retention rates.
• Being recognized by clients and peers as a reliable, knowledgeable, and ethical investment advisor.
• Contributing to the team's collaborative growth and strengthening IMARAT's brand reputation in the market.
