Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Human Resources Generalist at 360factors, Inc.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • HR Operations: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Talent Management: Assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
