About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Executive – Lead Generation to join our team in Karachi. This role is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals (up to 1 year of experience) who are eager to grow in sales and marketing.

As part of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients—helping build a strong pipeline that fuels the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Sourcing: Research and maintain a comprehensive database of qualified prospects.
  • Outreach: Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and social media engagement.
  • Qualification: Gather and verify essential client information to strengthen the sales funnel.
  • Sales Assistance: Support the team in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communications.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Deliver accurate updates and activity reports to management.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of company services to communicate value effectively.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales support, or marketing.
  • Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal English communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools.
  • Excellent research, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.
