Location: Sargodha Office – Vital Corporate Solutions
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts & Administration Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accurate financial records, supporting administrative operations, and assisting with financial analysis and reporting. Experience working with Software Houses or Call Centres, particularly those serving Australian clients, is highly preferable. Fluency in English is a must.
Responsibilities
(Duties include but are not limited to the following):
Accounting & Finance:
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and collections.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Manage general ledger entries with accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts regularly.
- Prepare and submit required tax filings and financial reports.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Provide support during internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and maintain collection records.
- Perform additional accounting tasks as required.
Administration & Operations:
- Maintain organized records, manage digital files, and oversee documentation workflows.
- Support payroll processing and employee record management.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling, office supply management, and vendor liaison.
- Assist with onboarding, compliance tracking, and HR support documentation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance and task reports for internal use.
- Facilitate smooth communication between finance, admin, and operational departments.
- Contribute to streamlining internal systems and improving administrative procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- ACCA qualification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance, and reporting standards.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Experience working with Australian or international clients is a strong plus.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting platforms.
- Familiarity with Australian GST/BAS or UK VAT reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a remote service delivery environment.
- Team player with a self-driven approach and high attention to detail.
timing 4amto 1 pm preferably otherwise 6am to 3pm with one hour break.
Salary Package:
Salary preferably 60k to 125 however it is negotiable depends on there expertise.
