Job Title: Clinical Psychologist - Shadow Teacher

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to work as a shadow teacher for a child diagnosed with ADHD. You will play a crucial role in supporting this child's academic and emotional development within a school setting. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible difference in a child's life while collaborating with a senior psychologist.

Responsibilities:

1. Shadowing and Educational Support:
   Provide consistent, in-class support to the child throughout the school day at their school in DHA Phase 6.
   Assist with organization, focus, and task completion.
   Adapt learning materials and activities to suit the child's needs and learning style.
   Collaborate with teachers to ensure the child's successful integration into the classroom.
2. Therapeutic Intervention:
   Under the guidance of the senior psychologist, implement individualized therapy plans.
   Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help the child manage ADHD symptoms. This may include:
   · Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) techniques.
   · Behavioural interventions to improve attention and self-regulation.
   · Emotional regulation strategies.
3. Collaboration and Reporting:
   Work closely with the senior psychologist, reporting to our office in Gulberg 3 near Kalma Chowk.
   Regularly observe and document the child's behaviour and progress.
   Participate in meetings with the senior psychologist, parents, and teachers to review goals and strategies.
   Assist in the administration and interpretation of psychological assessments.

Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in Clinical Psychology.
2. Experience working with children with ADHD.
3. Strong understanding of child development and special education needs.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
5. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.

Compensation: 50,000 to 60,000 rupees per month.
