We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Salesperson to join our dynamic team at a reputable Vape Store. As a Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their vaping needs, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our extensive range of high-quality vaping products. Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Assistance: Greet customers warmly and engage them in a friendly manner. Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers regarding various vaping products, including e-cigarettes, mods, e-liquids, and accessories.
  2. Sales and Upselling: Recommend products based on customer preferences, needs, and budget. Strive to achieve and exceed sales targets by employing effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  3. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest vaping trends, products, and technologies. Possess in-depth knowledge of our product inventory to answer customer queries accurately and confidently.
  4. Product Demonstrations: Demonstrate how to use vaping devices and provide guidance on assembling and maintaining products.
  5. Customer Service: Ensure all customers receive exceptional service throughout their shopping experience. Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  6. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves, organizing products, and notifying management of low stock levels.
  7. Store Maintenance: Help maintain a clean and organized store environment to create an inviting atmosphere for customers.
  8. Compliance: Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations regarding the sale of vaping products, including age restrictions and product safety guidelines.
  9. Promotional Activities: Support in-store promotional activities.
