Job DescriptionTasks & Accountabilities:
- Manage TIH district malaria office, warehouse, and district-level teams for the effective implementation of interventions.
- Maintain close liaison with district counterparts on all technical and operational aspects of the program, especially with DoH and Malaria Control Program.
- Develop quarterly and monthly DIP in line with the approved WP and PF, and share with the provincial manager for approval from PMU Islamabad.
- Provide feedback on project activities to the Provincial Office and PMU Islamabad regularly.
- Coordinate with district health authorities to identify malaria diagnostics and treatment centers, ensuring they are maintained and providing services as per SOPs.
- Identify major private health centers to facilitate and initiate malaria interventions through the private sector.
- Organize capacity building trainings, workshops, and meetings for staff of public and private health facilities on various grant interventions.
- Monitor logistics supplies records.
- Organize malaria coordination meetings at district levels, share minutes with the Provincial Office, and act on the action points.
- Build strong liaison with relevant stakeholders at the district level to ensure active project representation.
- Coordinate with district health authorities and DMU to ensure collection of facility reports and timely submission of district monthly reports to the provincial office.
- Conduct needs assessments and surveys in collaboration with provincial teams.
- Maintain program databases (DHIS2/MIS, training, and log data) at district levels.
- Support in making nonfunctional malaria diagnostic centers operational.
- Participate in training sessions arranged by PMU Islamabad.
- Conduct monitoring and supervisory visits to health facilities providing malaria services.
- Follow program implementation plans monthly and quarterly.
- Prepare monthly reports as required.
- Provide data for quarterly progress updates to PMU Islamabad.
- Perform any other program-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
