We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator with Video Editing Skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content across multiple digital platforms, with a strong focus on video production and editing. Success in this role means consistently delivering creative, on-brand content that drives audience engagement, supports marketing goals, and enhances the company's online presence. This position is key to our digital strategy and works closely with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to maintain a cohesive brand identity.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and edit engaging video content for social media, YouTube, websites, and promotional campaigns
  • Develop compelling scripts, storyboards, and video concepts in line with current trends
  • Capture and edit high-quality footage using professional software and tools
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align content with brand messaging and goals
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form formats (e.g., reels, TikToks, shorts)
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video production and digital storytelling
  • Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and voice across all content formats
  • Manage and organize multimedia content libraries
  • Optimize video content for SEO and social media performance

Qualifications

Proven experience in content creation and video editing (portfolio required)

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar editing software

Strong storytelling, scripting, and visual composition skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and algorithms

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Media, Communication, Marketing, or related field preferred

Prior experience with a digital marketing agency or content studio is an asset
