Overview

The Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the company's digital marketing strategies. This role focuses on building a strong online brand presence, running paid and organic campaigns, and directly engaging with customers to improve satisfaction, loyalty, and conversions. The position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google.
  • Manage, create, and publish engaging content (posts, videos, blogs, newsletters) aligned with brand voice and objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns with a focus on lead generation and ROI.
  • Monitor social channels, respond to customer inquiries, and foster active community engagement.
  • Handle online reputation management by addressing customer feedback and reviews professionally.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (traffic, engagement, leads, conversions) and prepare regular reports.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies for creative and technical support.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven track record in digital marketing and social media management.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Business).
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills in English and Urdu.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Hootsuite/Buffer, Google Analytics, and email marketing software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Professional certifications in digital marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot) are advantageous.
  • Creativity and innovation in content and campaign design.
  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Results-driven with attention to detail.
