Job Description
  • Social Media Design: Create compelling and on-brand graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other platforms, including static posts, carousels, reels thumbnails, and stories
  • Website Visual Content: Design visually appealing assets for website sections, especially for case studies, hero banners, and landing pages
  • Case Study Graphics: Work closely with the content and development teams to create infographics, layout designs, and visual storytelling for case studies that showcase our client success stories
  • Marketing Campaign Support: Collaborate with marketing to design visuals for campaigns, newsletters, digital ads, and promotional materials
  • Creative Ideation: Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute to creative concepts, ensuring consistency with brand identity and guidelines
  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and visual references
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital or tech environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of tools like Figma or Canva is a plus
  • A strong portfolio showcasing social media designs and web-related visual content
  • Understanding of current design trends, especially in digital media and tech industries
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Basic motion graphics or video editing experience
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles
  • Experience with content management systems like WordPress
