Job Title: Truck Dispatching Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Truck Dispatching Sales Agent to join our growing logistics and dispatching company. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients (owner-operators and small fleets), promoting our dispatch services, and building long-term relationships to grow our customer base. This role combines inside sales, client outreach, and basic industry knowledge of trucking and freight dispatching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, load boards).
  • Present and explain our truck dispatching services to owner-operators and small trucking companies.
  • Handle objections and close sales professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the trucking and freight dispatching industry.
  • Track leads, sales, and client information using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate with dispatchers and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with prospects and current clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or trucking/dispatching industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with U.S. trucking industry, load boards, and logistics terminology is preferred.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, email, and other online communication platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional attitude.
