As an SEO Expert - Backlink Builder at Medatron Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our website's search engine performance and online visibility. We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in building high-quality backlinks, optimizing on-page content, and addressing technical SEO issues. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Backlink Building: Plan, develop, and execute a robust backlink building strategy to increase the domain authority and ranking of our website. Identify high-quality link-building opportunities through outreach, guest posting, and content partnerships.
2. On-Page Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to optimize on-page content for search engines, including keyword research, meta tag optimization, content structure, and internal linking strategies.
3. Technical SEO: Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that impact website performance. Address on-site factors such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, and site structure for optimal search engine visibility.
4. Link Profile Analysis: Monitor and analyze the link profile to ensure the quality, diversity, and relevance of backlinks. Disavow toxic links as needed to maintain a healthy backlink profile.
5. Keyword Research: Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and new content creation.
6. Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and the strategies employed by competitors to improve our own SEO efforts.
7. Reporting and Analytics: Use SEO tools and analytics to track the performance of SEO efforts, and provide regular reports and recommendations to the SEO team and management.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO with a focus on backlink building, on-page optimization, and technical SEO.
• Proven track record of successfully building high-quality backlinks that have improved domain authority and search engine rankings.
• Strong knowledge of on-page optimization best practices, including keyword research and meta tag optimization.
• Proficiency in technical SEO, including site speed optimization, mobile-friendliness, and site structure.
• Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Moz, SEMrush, Google Analytics).
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
