Job Title:Social Media Expert / Social Media Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and analyticalSocial Media Expertto manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing data-driven campaigns, increasing engagement, and growing online communities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Plan and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, blogs) using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite
  • Manage and grow social media communities, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to produce high-quality visuals and copy
  • Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, etc.)
  • Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
  • Work closely with SEO and email marketing teams for integrated digital campaigns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (2+ years preferred)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
  • Strong writing, communication, and project management skills
  • Creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with influencer outreach and collaboration
  • Knowledge of social media advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Familiarity with tools like Sprout Social, Later, Planoly, or SocialPilot
  • Understanding of brand tone, voice, and audience segmentation
