Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a tailored sales strategy to build and maintain a clientele for Life Insurance & Health Sales in Solon, OH, US.
- Stay updated on industry innovations, insurance products, and regulations to offer valuable advice to clients, underwriters, sales team members, and account managers.
- Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies
- Effective leadership, organizational, and communication skills play a vital role in excelling in this position.
- The successful candidate should be prepared to acquire or already hold a valid insurance license in Ohio within 15 days.
- Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred.
- While previous experience in a related role or as an insurance agent is advantageous, we offer thorough on-the-job training.
- A college degree is not a mandatory prerequisite for this role.
- Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor's degree is desired.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must
