About The Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at AIO. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating both digital and on-premises design assets for restaurants. Your designs will include social media posts, digital menus, printed flyers, and in-store branding to help restaurants stand out and connect with their audience.

Additionally, you'll develop brand books and pitch decks that communicate value clearly, creatively, and strategically.

What will be your responsibilities?
  • Design engaging, on-brand graphics for restaurants, including social media content, digital menus, and marketing assets.
  • Create print-ready designs for on-premises materials like posters, table tents, standees, and packaging.
  • Develop brand books that define visual identity and design guidelines for restaurant clients.
  • Design visually compelling pitch decks for client presentations.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
What are we looking for?
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer.
  • Strong portfolio covering digital, print, branding, and presentations.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Good eye for detail, layout, typography, and colour.
  • Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
  • Basic understanding of content strategy and brand building.
Preferred
  • Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Familiarity with storytelling through design.
