TronsIT Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join our team. As an HR Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist in various HR-related tasks.

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant with at least one year of experience in HR. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures. The HR Assistant will support recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and other HR-related tasks.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding process, including preparing orientation materials and conducting new hire orientations.
  • Administer employee benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR data.
  • Assist in employee relations, including resolving employee complaints and concerns.
  • Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions and communicating with employees.
  • Assist in compliance with labor laws and regulations, including maintaining records and reporting requirements.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

*Requirements:*

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and other HR software.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including employment laws and compliance requirements.
