About the Role

As a Software Engineer (Full Stack) at Sobah Systems, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and deploying modern applications to solve complex business challenges, particularly in the US healthcare domain. You will work across the full technology stack to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions using cutting-edge technologies such as Azure, .NET Core, Angular, and Power Automate.

Job Mode: Hybrid

Job Location: Islamabad

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure applications using C# .NET Core (backend) and Angular (frontend).
  • Work with Azure SQL for database schema design, optimization, and query tuning.
  • Develop and integrate workflows using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows).

Cloud and Infrastructure

  • Utilize Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.) for deployment, performance monitoring, and scaling.
  • Manage and troubleshoot infrastructure components such as Virtual Machines (VMs), RDP, and FTP.
  • Ensure cloud applications meet security, performance, and compliance standards.

Process Automation

  • Identify and implement automation opportunities using Power Automate and other tools.
  • Maintain and optimize automated business workflows for improved efficiency.

Problem Solving and Innovation

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver timely solutions.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend innovative enhancements to existing systems.

Qualifications & Skills

Technical Skills

  • 3+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
  • Strong expertise in C# .NET Core and Angular.
  • Proficient in Azure SQL and database performance tuning.
  • Experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop).
  • Familiar with VMs, RDP, FTP, and basic infrastructure operations.

Professional Skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps preferred).
  • Familiarity with Entra ID, and identity/access management.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design best practices.
  • Exposure to healthcare software systems and compliance standards (HIPAA, PHI) is a plus.
