Mobile Apps Growth Strategist | Performance Marketer | Product Manager | Monetization | Google Play & iOS

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven iOS App Growth Specialist to lead growth initiatives for our iOS apps and games. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in scaling mobile products through user acquisition, App Store Optimization (ASO), and revenue growth strategies.

As part of our mobile growth team, you will be responsible for end-to-end iOS growth operations, including campaign management, app store presence, in-app monetization, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies
  • Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns across various ad networks
  • Optimize in-app purchases and subscriptions for revenue growth
  • Manage and maintain app listings on App Store Connect
  • Analyze user behavior and campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Monitor and optimize key KPIs such as CPI, ROAS, LTV, ARPU, retention, and churn
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product and creative
  • Stay updated with latest trends and iOS platform updates
  • Should have expertise of (MMP) & mediation platforms.
  • Optimize ad revenue performance by working with mediation platforms.
  • Must be able to track Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Firebase to track performance
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging ad formats, and integration best practices with tools like RevenueCat, MMP (Adjust), Singular, and AppFlyer
  • Analyze user behavior data to identify opportunities for churn reduction and LTV improvement.
  • Analyze campaign data to improve CAC, ROAS,CVR, CTR and retention
  • Monitor and analyze ad creatives and KPIs to test and scale top-performing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with game designers and developers to ensure the games meet marketable quality standards and KPI benchmarks.
  • Have good understanding of SKAdNetwork and ATT Prompt.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in iOS app marketing, growth, or monetization
  • Hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads and iOS user acquisition campaigns
  • Strong expertise in ASO and app store management
  • Experience with in-app purchases and subscription-based monetization
  • Proficiency in using analytics and attribution tools like Firebase, Appsflyer, or Adjust
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Familiarity with iOS privacy changes and SKAdNetwork, ATT Prompt
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Up-to-date with mobile marketing trends and best practices.
