Job DescriptionThe iCCM Program Officer will manage relationships across stakeholders and implement activities to achieve results, specifically related to integrated community case management and behavior change communication. Under the technical guidance of the Manager Program & Communication, responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Conduct monthly meetings with relevant stakeholders regarding planning of MRM, DRMs, JMVs, etc.
- Assist in preparing program work plans, budgets, and reports, including budget reconciliation.
- Lead the implementation of program activities at the field level, including training, communication, and collection of monthly reports on defined formats.
- Arrange trainings, workshops, meetings, and other events as outlined in the work plan, specifically for the iCCM project, coordinating with relevant stakeholders and participants.
- Ensure accurate, reviewed, and verified program-related documents such as perdiem sheets, attendance sheets, nomination letters, reports, FM1 and FM2 registers, expenses, etc., and submit them within the specified timeline to the provincial office.
- Assist the supervisor in reviewing iCCM program expenses. After each event, prepare budget vs. expense reports, review with the supervisor, and share with the provincial office.
- Draft letters and take meeting minutes to share with the technical supervisor.
- Identify and develop success stories and human-interest stories quarterly, review them with the supervisor, and share with the provincial office.
- Develop program and project-related PowerPoint presentations as needed.
- Maintain routine coordination with government departments, implementing partners, provincial and PMU teams, INGOs/NGOs, and other stakeholders.
- Share monthly progress updates and feedback from meetings, discussions, and reviews with the supervisor.
- Verify FM1 registers with FM2 registers and referral slips before submitting MIS data to the provincial office, with supervisor support.
- Verify used RDTs and AMDS against issued stock monthly.
- Ensure timely, up-to-date data for quality reports, including digitization of service provider data at each union council/hotspot and warehouse stocks.
- Ensure data is entered timely into iCCM software and verified before transfer to DHIS II.
- Support the supervisor by providing timely data for quality reports.
- Review shared data for errors, missing pages, or information discrepancies, and work with the team to resolve issues.
- Maintain proper electronic records of program files and official documents related to activities.
- Coordinate with the supervisor and provincial office for organizing meetings, logistics, and visits.
- Obtain and forward invoices, verified perdiem, and attendance sheets of contractors, consultants, and participants for timely processing, ensuring compliance.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
